We embrace Smart Building practices as they relate to all aspects of the process, from recycling, to proper site management, to utilization of the most efficient and effective building materials and techniques in the Industry. Our staff is LEED Certified and we are a Member of the United State Green Building Council.

Building Green in the diverse Florida climate presents many opportunities and also challenges, and taking that approach to building starts with the correct mindset. Small, thoughtful design cues from the surroundings go a long way towards structures that are less intrusive and friendlier to our land and those who live around us. As with all building decisions there remains a cost/benefit analysis to “going Green” that must be factored into the final Project Parameters, and that is what drives our Design Philosophy.
